Step 1: Ask the right questions
The most important step in finding creative solutions is asking the right questions. In the first part of this coaching, we will reframe your task from different perspectives to get to the core of your challenge. I use my experience in innovation management, design thinking, and UX-Design to find the right questions to ask.
Step 2: Supercharge your creativity
Old roads don’t lead to new destinations. Before looking for answers, I want to spark your curiosity. We will go on a field trip or share an inspiring experience. Witnessing a different creative practice or picking up a new craft will change your approach and boost your imagination.
Step 3: Find innovative answers and creative solutions
By this time, you’ll be bursting with ideas. Time to get them out! In the ideation process, I help you develop and curate ideas and strategies to solve your challenge. We will collect and rank solutions so they can be implemented immediately and are effective in the long term.
