Build trust. Make art. Arts-based team building: create together. Collaborate better.
2026 feels like a turning point for many. Work has become more fluid—more digital, more distributed, faster. Teams are remote, time is tight, and economic pressure is tangible. And many things that used to grow organically—trust, connection, a sense of ease with one another—now need intentionally designed spaces.
Right now, many employers, HR teams, and leaders are asking the same question:
How do we create moments at work that strengthen motivation, support productivity, and help people genuinely want to stay—at a time when talent is scarce and collaboration increasingly happens at a distance?
This is less about individual measures and more about atmosphere: team energy, trust, the feeling of contributing to something meaningful—beyond goals, KPIs, and day-to-day routines.
That’s exactly where our new workshop format comes in.
Arts-based team building with lasting impact
Our new workshop format combines artistic practice with focused team development. In a professionally guided creative process, teams co-create an individual motif—tailored to the company, topic, and occasion.
The focus is on collaboration, exchange, and concentration. Through making something together, new dynamics emerge: trust, connection, and a tangible sense of “we.” The result is a high-quality artwork that remains present in the work environment long after the workshop—an ongoing reminder of what was created together.
Collaboration that connects—naturally
In the creative process, exchange happens almost effortlessly. You stand together in front of a surface, test ideas, discard them, decide again. Conversations arise from the doing—not from pre-scripted tasks. Many teams experience a shift in perspective: away from roles and responsibilities, toward genuine togetherness.
This strengthens trust, supports collaboration, and makes new dynamics visible—light, focused, and surprisingly clear.
Focus, relief, and fresh energy
Creative work brings teams into a flow state that many rarely experience in everyday work. The mind quiets down, attention sharpens, and the pace feels right. For many, the workshop is a restorative interruption—with a noticeable effect that carries beyond the day.
It’s about presence, making, and a shared space of experience that releases energy instead of consuming it.
A shared artwork you can be proud of
Our workshops are professionally artist-led and clearly structured. Marc brings over 15 years of experience facilitating creative workshops. Lotte is a trained artist and develops individual motifs together with the team—aligned with the company, topic, and context.
In a guided step-by-step process, the team creates a work with substance: high-quality, presentable, and something to be proud of. Not a fleeting experience, but a visible sign of shared effort—often earning a place in the office or meeting room.
Optional: a special closing moment
If desired, the workshop can be combined with a curated gin tasting in collaboration with Universe Spirits—an easy, relaxed closing that deepens conversations, makes appreciation tangible, and rounds out the shared day.
Who is it for?
For teams, HR departments, and leaders who want to strengthen motivation, satisfaction, and cohesion—especially at a time when good collaboration, identification, and ease truly matter.
