Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n

1. Scope of Application<\/h2>\n

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts between Sweetspot Studio, Marc T. S\u00fc\u00df<\/strong> (\u201cthe Studio\u201d) and business clients (\u201cthe Client\u201d) for strategic, creative, or technical services. Conflicting or supplementary terms of the Client shall not apply unless explicitly accepted in writing by the Studio.<\/p>\n

\n

2. Services<\/h2>\n

The Studio provides services in brand and communication strategy, design (logos, corporate and web design, visual identity), storytelling, copywriting, AI-based content creation, workshops, consulting, public speaking, and web development.<\/strong>
The scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones are defined in individual project agreements or written offers.<\/p>\n

\n

3. Fees and Payment<\/h2>\n

All fees are quoted net plus VAT where applicable. Invoices are due within 14 days<\/strong> of issue. The Studio retains all rights until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n

\n

4. Copyright and Usage Rights<\/h2>\n

All works created by the Studio\u2014including but not limited to concepts, designs, texts, visuals, websites, and AI-generated materials\u2014remain the intellectual property of the Studio.
Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license<\/strong> limited to the agreed purpose, duration, and media.
Further or extended use requires written approval and additional licensing fees.<\/p>\n

\n

5. AI-Generated Content<\/h2>\n

The Studio regularly uses generative AI tools for idea generation and production. All such works are curated and edited by the Studio and are considered original creative works to the extent permitted by law.
The Studio retains IP rights. The Client indemnifies the Studio against any third-party claims resulting from the use of AI-based content unless caused by gross negligence or intent.<\/p>\n

\n

6. Liability and Warranty<\/h2>\n

The Studio is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for such contracts.<\/p>\n

\n

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection<\/h2>\n

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information exchanged during the collaboration. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).<\/p>\n

\n

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law<\/h2>\n

German law applies. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Hamburg.<\/p>\n
